» NRA criticized TEPCO for lax management of water leakage

Officials of the Nuclear Regulation Authority visited the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant on Aug 23rd to check a storage tank where 300 tons of highly radioactive water is believed to have leaked.
NRA criticized as lax management of Tokyo Electric Power Co. over water storage tanks at the plant.

NRA Commissioner Toyoshi Fuketa said “TEPCO has not left any record of inspections (of the tanks). I have to call this sloppy,”
