» Cooling system forced to stop due to rats again

TEPCO said on April 22nd 2013 that it had to stop a cooling system in Fukushima No.1 nuclear plant due to dead rats inside a transformer.

In order for a cleanup, the cooling system was stopped for 4 hours. In March 2013, it experienced a blackout caused by rats that disabled cooling systems for about 30 hours.
